Leslie Yvonne Bateman

Leslie Yvonne Bateman passed away peacefully at her home on Sept. 17, 2010 at the age of 52.Leslie was born October 14, 1957 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Yvonne Turner and her father, Floyd David Mullens. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jerry Wayne Bateman, and son T.W. Bateman of New Braunfels. She is also survived by her step-daughter, Jerri Lynn Gray and husband Nick of North Richland Hills. Other survivors includeher sisterVickie Nosal and husband Craigof Austin, brotherNickyMullens and wife Sandy of Sherman, sister-in-laws DebbieBateman of Richardson,and Judy Camp and husband Chuckof Corinth. She leaves behind three grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews throughout Texas.

Visitationto be heldat Puente and Sons Funeral Chapel of New Braunfels on Sunday, September 19th from 5 pm to 7 pm. Burial to be held in Ethel, Texas in the Ethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hope Hospice of New Braunfels. The family would to like to express their graditudefor the love and support provided by Hope Hospice of New Braunfels over the lasttwo years.
