Born on March 1, 1975 in Thakhek, Lao PDR, she lived in Thakhek, Laos, before settling in San Antonio, Texas. She worked at Cali Nails as a manicurist until retiring earlier this year. Linda was a member of the Valley View Seventh-day Adventist Church in Converse, Texas. Linda was also an organ donor.

Survivors include husband, Brett and daughter Mira.
