Manuel C. Garcia

Manuel C. Garcia, born March 28, 1923, passed from this life April 26, 2011 at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his son Rocky Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Manuela Garcia; sons, Manuel (Shirley) Garcia, Daniel (Cecilia) Garcia; daughters, Virginia Garcia, Angelina Garibay; grandchildren, Dora Garcia, Anita Van De Cotte, Lisa Fraber, Andriana Garcia, Anthony Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Stephanie Garcia, Anthony George, Francisco J. Mendoza, Angelina Mendoza, Robert Garibay; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Flores, and Herminia G Perales. Mr. Garcia was a proud member of the Carpenters Local Union Number One in Chicago for 55 years. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. Youll never be forgotten.

A Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary at 6:30 P.M. at Puente Sons Funeral Chapels, 3520 South Flores, San Antonio, Texas 78204. It was Mr. Garcias wish to be cremated.
