Marcelo (Mars) G. Ibarra Jr., age 70 passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021. He was born on September 18, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents Marcelo G. Ibarra Sr. and Ramona G. Ibarra and sister Carmen Ibarra.

Marcelo is survived by his wife Patricia A. Ibarra, daughter Amanda M. Ibarra, son Jacob M. Ibarra, granddaughter Bryanna V. Perez and stepson Jacob Deleon, brothers Ernesto Ibarra (Norma), Rolando Ibarra (Lucy) and sisters Delia Jimenez (Tom), Veronica Ibarra and several nieces and nephews.

My brother loved his music from oldies to tejano and country. But most of all he loved watching professional race car driving.

We will be celebrating his life on September 18, 2021 on his birthday, he would have turned 71, and his wishes were to have his friends and family over for BBQ and playing his favorite music. Location is not known yet but you can call his sister Veronica for details 210-330-7799.
