Margaret graduated from New Braunfels High School and married her high school sweetheart, Joe. After retiring from her position as head librarian at Seguin High School, she spent time traveling with Joe, enjoying her adventurous spirit that included parasailing in Hawaii, scuba diving in Aruba and driving along the back roads of Germany. But her greatest joy came from spending time with her five grandchildren Kevin, Kyle, Reagan, Mitchell and Sierra. Her cup runneth over.

A celebration of life will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6 at St. Paul Lutheran Church Chapel in New Braunfels, 181 S. Santa Clara St. She asked her friends and family to remember the good times. She lived her dash to the fullest. Those wishing to express their thoughts may sign the guestbook at www.puenteandsons.com.
