Marie E. (Betsy) Evans

Marie E. (Betsy) Evans, born August 17, 1945 in Buffalo, NY passed away on May 16, 2012 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 66. Marie graduated from Morrison High School in 1963. She went to Southern Illinois University and later went on to Clarinda Community College and received an Associates degree in Psychology. On September 17, 1966, she married Bob Evans and together had three children, Missy of San Antonio, TX, David of Comfort, TX, and Robin of San Antonio. Her sisters; Marti Singer and Cathy Olinger , three grandchildren, , Cadence, Aedan, and Dempsey also survive her as well as 3 nieces and 3 nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: David and Marie Lowber; and her brother: Jim Lowber. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels, 14314 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX. Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, 10:30 AM at St. Helena’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery
