Marvin E. Brown

Marvin Earnest Brown born July 25, 1933 in Pawnee, Texas to Richard and Pearl Brown, passed from this life Sunday, May 11, 2014, in Floresville, Texas at the age of 80. Marvin was formerly of Kenedy, Texas. He was a veteran of the United States Navy Seabees. Marvin worked in the oilfield and retired from the paving and construction business. Marvin was preceded in death by his parents Richard E. and Pearl Brown and his loving wife of 47 years Delpha F. Brown. He is survived by his two daughters Bethlyn (Bob) Dupnik of Rockport; Marla (Richard) Rios of La Vernia; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sister Joyce (Everett) Coleman; brothers Kenneth (Trish) Brown; Raymond – Smokey (Janice) Brown; sister-in-law Linda Spurrier Duffield; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
