Mercedes Jean Kutcher

Mercedes J. Kutcher born August 27, 1949 passed away July 23, 2009 at the age of 59. She is survived by her loving husband, Dale A. Messerle of Converse, Texasand long time friend, Rosemary Redmond of Ennis, Texas. Also surviving is her mother, Celia Kutcher and sister, Judy Kutcherof Carrollton.Mercedes graduated from St. Marys Law School in 1980. She practiced criminal defense law in Bexar, Medina and Wilson County.

Acelebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at First Protestant Church located at 172 Coll Street inNew Braunfels, Texas at 1:30 p.m.with areception to follow in the fellowship hall.
