Mitchell Stringfellow

Mitchell Thaddeus Stringfellow, age 49, went to be with the Lord on November 11, 2024. He was born on December 11, 1974 in San Antonio to Michael Lee and Cynthia Diane Stringfellow. He was a 1994 graduate of Judson High School. Mitch lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: spending time with his daughter, son in law and his grandson along with watching the Dallas Cowboys and scary movies. His daughter and grandson were his world. He was truly the best father and grandfather anyone could have asked for. Mitch loved to get on the floor with his grandson and play games and do whatever Lawrence wanted. He loved to spoil his grandson with their trips to Walmart. He took joy in making others laugh. He loved to put a smile on everyone's face. Mitch was a very caring and compassionate person and was a friend to everyone who crossed his path. He was so excited to be welcoming his first granddaughter Ambrye Elise in a few months. Mitch is survived by his beloved daughter Jordyn Alexandria Stringfellow-Tovar; his son in law Mark Anthony Tovar whom he thought of as a son; his grandson, whom he referred to as "Wog", Lawrence Mitchell Anthony Tovar; Morgyn Elizabeth Fales whom he loved like his daughter; his brothers Michael, Joe and Tommy Stringfellow, his sister, Charlene Walker; his Uncle Brad Carver; his Aunts Sandra Stringfellow, Linda Stringfellow and Lona Batten and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Mitch is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Cynthia Stringfellow, his brother Justin "Bubba" Stringfellow and his grandparents: Mitchell and Zulema "Sally" Stringfellow and Fred Jr and Billy Jean Carver. Mitch will be deeply missed by his friends and family, who will cherish fond memories. No public service will be held. Thank you for the prayers and condolences.
