Muriel Jean Eyer

Muriel Jean Eyer, born July 10, 1925 in Bristol England passed from this life November 24, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Wells Eyer, her parents, J.T. Perry and Muriel Adelaide Oliver, and brother, Thomas Oliver. Mrs. Eyer is survived by her sister, Mary Myers; sons, Peter and John Eyer; daughter, Susan Gardner and husband Samuel; grandchildren, Dyani Gingerich and husband John, Sherra Gardner, Paul Eyer, Matthew Gardner and Misty; great grandchildren, Isaiah Malachi Gardner, Wyatt Glenwood and Sean Gingerich; also one nephew and two nieces. Jean served as a nurse during World War II. She married Bruce in Tenby Wales, UK on November 25, 1946 and then ventured to America where she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and proud great grandmother. Mrs. Eyer was a member of Travis Park United Methodist Church in San Antonio. She loved the Lord, her family and her friends.

Cemetery:
A 10:00 a.m. graveside service will be held, Friday, November 28, 2008 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Floral arrangements can be delivered to the funeral home.
