He survived by his parents, Oscar and Anita Rangel, Sr.; his sisters, Brianna and Jasmine Rangel; his paternal grandparents, Josefat and Josephina Ramirez; maternal grandfather, Roberto Macias; and numerous other relatives and good friends. He will forever be in our hearts.
