Patrick Douglas Losey Sr., 68, of San Antonio, Tx, passed away on October 31, 2022 after living graciously and courageously battling small cell squamous carcinoma.
Born in Indianapolis, IN but finding a home and making a life in San Antonio, TX. Pat was the youngest of four, growing up with his sister Dorothy, brothers Howard and Harry Losey. He had a passion for baseball, playing throughout childhood and coached by his brother in law Joe Ayers Sr. Pat’s enthusiasm for sports continued, following college and professional baseball and football, especially the Texas Longhorns.
Pat’s love of drag racing and muscle cars went beyond appreciation. Alongside high school buddies he enjoyed modifications, racing, car shows and shootin’ the shit. His knowledge and experiences were shared with his children as was an admiration for the First Generation Camaros and Tri-5 Chevys. After graduating from Roosevelt High School he continued to work, several years spent with the family business, Ayers Distributing and DADD Inc. Pat then joined and remained with Airtron where he met numerous close friends which were more of a family to him. Employment at Airtron meant much more than work to Pat, he genuinely enjoyed going in each day. He was a kind, generous son, father and friend who will be missed each day that goes by- we love you dad.
