Pauline R. Luna

Pauline Elizabeth Luna, Age 77 of San Antonio, Texas. Passed away Wednesday, August 11th, 2021, surrounded by family. Pauline was the first CNA in San Antonio and was featured in the Express News. She spent her life caring for others. Pauline’s greatest love was her family. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.
Her absence will leave a hole in the hearts of many. She is survived by her childhood sweetheart and devoted husband of 61 years Juan Luna, and two loving daughters Maribel Ramirez (Oscar Flores) and Angelmira Luna (Roy Longoria). Grandchildren: Ceasar Diaz (Jennifer Marie Diaz), Paul John Regalado (Alejandra Castillo-Regalado), April Diaz- Delgado (Rudolfo Delgado Jr.), Nicholas Diaz (Riecka Shylo Salazar), Thomas Albinio Cruz (Alissa Cruz). Great Grandchildren: Johnpaul Regalado, Sophia Renee Diaz, Lucyana Regalado, Leahrae Cruz, Nathaniel Rey Diaz, Olivia Elizabeth Regalado, Gavin Thomas Cruz, Rudolfo Jay Delgado III, Mila Jade Diaz, Regan Lilith Marroquin Cruz, and Miko Jaxx Diaz. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The world will be a little dimmer without her. All things will be forever changed without her presence. To the woman who was loved by so many…. To the woman who can't be replaced…. We love you dearly and you will forever be missed.
