Pedro 'Pete' L. Valenzuela

Pete Valenzuela, beloved husband and father, born July 3, 1930 in El Paso, Texas, transitioned on July 6, 2011. A retired federal worker, Pete is survived by Dolores, wife of fifty-five years; six children, son Pete Jr. and wife Marina; son George; daughter Susana; daughter Cecilia Snyder and husband Jim; daughter Alicia Broussard and husband Darren; son Ricardo and wife Tracy; nine grandchildren; two sisters, two brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 9th at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Viewing will take place at 12:30pm and a funeral mass to follow at 1:30pm. Cremation will take place after funeral services. In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the American Cancer Society in memory of Pete Valenzuela at cancer.org.
