Ralph Alan Wall was welcomed in heaven on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the age of 77. He was at home surrounded by his family. Those who knew Ralph enjoyed his warmth and true friendship, intellect, his keen wit, and ability to tell stories and jokes. He loved the Lord intensely and found great joy in sharing Jesus with others.Ralph was born on August 1, 1932 in Hobart, Indiana, to Ralph and Helen Wall. He married his best friend, Marcia Ann McKinney in 1957. Ralph is survived by his wife Marcia; his sons, Frank Wall and his wife Heidi of New Braunfels and Eric Wall and his wife Dawn of Houston; his daughter Stefanie Powell and her husband Marc of Corinth his five grandchildren, Matthew Powell, Elizabeth Powell, Samuel Wall, Lauren Wall and David Wall.\r\n

Ralph attended the University of Oklahoma, where he played football as a walk-on player. He graduated from Oklahoma City University with a BS in Marketing. He also studied art and illustration with numerous renowned artists. Ralph had a successful career as both a western and commercial artist. \r\n
The skill to paint is a gift, and I look forward to using my remaining years in offering to Him the ability He has given me. Ralph Wall \r\n

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ralphs name to Hope Hospice of New Braunfels.\r\n

Visitation:
A visitation will be held at New Braunfels Bible Church, 652 N Loop 337, on Wednesday, December 23, 2009, from 12-2 PM. Funeral services will begin following the visitation at 2 PM at the church.
