Raul Rodriguez

Raul "Roosta" Rodriguez, born August 23, 1985 passed from this life on September 29, 2022 at the age of 37. He is preceded in death by numerous aunts, and uncles, maternal grandparents , great grandmother Victoria Alcantar. Raul is survived by his mother Virginia Arechiga; sons Donavan Arechiga, Benjamin Arechiga; daughters, Sarie Rodriguez, Mary Jane Rodriguez, and Jaycee Rodriguez; brothers Gregory Rodriguez, Steven Rodriguez; and sister, Harley Pesina. Raul was first and foremost a son, brother, father, uncle, cousin, and friend to us all.

A letter from Mom:

"Where do I begin, I could talk about you for hours. You were my first born son, my bundle of joy, my Goo Goo. I was so happy when I brought you home to mommy's , your grandma. She would play music day and night, she had me put the radio next to you. I believe that's why you fell in love with music. You were an intellectual person. You had us thinking on a higher level on a daily basis. The saying , Politics and religion are off the table, but not with you Roo;. You were the exception to the rule. You would debate and prove everyone wrong . You were a great mentor, entrepreneur, cherished the little things in life, loved taking photos, and especially loved family time. May you rest in peace my love."
