Raymond Montelongo Jr., a beloved member of the San Antonio community, passed away on May 6, 2024. He was born in 1966, in San Antonio, Texas, to Oralia Longoria and Raymond Montelongo Sr. Raymond Jr. was known for his vibrant personality - a jokester who exuded strength, resilience, and motivation. His family-oriented nature touched the lives of all who knew him.
Raymond's passion for life extended beyond his work and family. An avid fisherman, he found solace and joy in spending time by the water, reeling in his latest catch. His unwavering support for the Dallas Cowboys showed his dedication and loyalty to his favorite team.
Raymond is survived by his sons, Raymond Gabriel Montelongo and Marcus Anthony Montelongo Sr., as well as his grandchildren: Alice Quin Ingram, Maya Anavey Montelongo, and Marcus Anthony Montelongo Jr.; his sister Rosemary Salas; and brothers Ronnie and Ralph Montelongo, mourn his loss while cherishing the memories they shared with him.
Raymond is preceded in death by his parents Oralia Longoria, Ryamond Montelongo Sr.; and sister Rene Montelongo.
Raymond Montelongo Jr.'s legacy will live on through his family and friends who were fortunate enough to have him touch their lives. His spirit of humor, strength, and love will be deeply missed but forever remembered with fondness and gratitude.
