Rev. Dr. John Michael Donahue

The Rev. Dr. John Michael Donahue, age 75, died on Thursday September 25th after suffering a heart attack. He is survived and loved by his wife, Consuelo; children Edward (Cristi), Bernadette and Roberto and granddaughter Evelyn; sister-in-law, Anne Donahue, her daughter, Kelly Witkowicz (Aaron), their son Quentin and cousin Mary Frances Donahue. He was Professor of Anthropology and Sociology at Trinity University for 37 years. After retirement, he became a Presbyterian Minister and was the pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Karnes City. He was a professor, mentor, colleague, father, husband and friend to all and will be dearly missed. Services will be held on Monday the 29th of September at Trinity University’s Parker Chapel at 4pm.
