Richard John White
December 18, 1925 — February 16, 2015
Richard “Dick” White, 89 of Schertz, went to be with the Lord on Monday, 16 February 2015. He was born 18 December 1925, in Minneapolis, MN, and the son of the late Florence Hockstedler.
Dick is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mavis; and son Rick (Nita) White of Converse, TX and daughter Jan (Terry) Hayes of Spokane, WA. Preceded in death was his second son, Robert. Also surviving are his four grandsons: John, Jason (Lizette) White, Mike and Joe Hayes, and one great granddaughter, Skarlette White. Dick has numerous family members in Minnesota, Wisconsin, California, and here in Texas.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, 25 February 2015 at the Puente and Sons Funeral Chapel, 14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78233. Times are as followed:
Family and Friends-5:00-8:00 PM.
Memorial will be held on Thursday, 26 February 2015, 4:00 PM, at the Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church, 16245 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, TX 78247, with Pastor Dick Kreutzer officiating.
