Richard is survived by his father, Richard Ruiz Cruz, Sr.; his wife of twenty-eight years, Rosalinda S. Gonzales; brothers, Daniel (Antonia) Cruz, Roger Cruz and sister Rachel (Joseph Charles) Mandujano. He is treasured and will be greatly missed.
