Robert Edward Christian Stansbury

Robert Edward Christian Stansbury, 17, of San Antonio, passed away on July 3, 2018 at Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio, TX after courageously battling cancer for a year and a half. The family of Robert wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Children's Hospital of San Antonio, and Methodist Children's Hospital of San Antonio, as well as special thanks to Dr. Browning for his concerns that led us to start the battle. Robert was born Beaumont, TX to Kenneth and Andrea Stansbury on April 17, 2001. He went to school at East Central High School. He loved choir, reading, and playing video games. Robert is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Davidson, and paternal grandparents Robert and Louise Stansbury. Robert is survived by his mother, Andrea, father, Kenn, brothers, Thomas and Austin, maternal grandmother Betty Davidson and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other friends and family.
