With profound sadness we announce the passing of Robert Lee Saur, age 91, passed peacefully at home on July 25, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 31, 1932, to Phillipina and Edwin Saur. Robert was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and brothers.

He is survived by his four children: his daughter Sharon McNeely and her 4 children, Larry Saur, Janet Flores and her daughter, Ray Saur and his 2 children.

Robert retired in 1995, from the Lone Star Brewery, where he worked for over 40 years. He farmed and ranched for as long as he was able. He was a self-sufficient man who lived a simple life.
