Ronald Wallace Corbett

October 19, 1930 — January 12, 2016

Ronald W Corbett went to the lord on January 12, 2016. Born in Vinita, Oklahoma he is preceded in death by his parents Harold and Viola Corbett and an older brother Harold Corbett Jr. He leaves behind his wife of 59 years Sue Corbett; Son Daniel Corbett; Daughter Kathryn Corbett ; Son Randall Corbett; Son Jefferson Corbett; Daughter Cynthia Clark and Son Christopher Corbett; grandchildren Sara, Nathan, Nicky, Stephanie,, Alex, Meghan, Jason, Sean, Kyle, Gregory, Anthony, and Jessica, also 1 great grandchild Avery, his brothers David and Buddy and numerous nieces and nephews. He served with the Navy during the Korean War. Ron received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and worked in the energy industry until retirement. Ron and Sue have lived in Baton Rouge LA, Ponca City Oklahoma, London England, Houston TX and Pittsburgh PA. Since 2006 Ron and Sue have lived in Hill Country Retreat –an active 55 and older community where they have enjoyed many activities and great friends. Ron will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
