Rosalinda D. Herrera

Rosalinda Herrera age 71, entered into the Glory of eternal life on Friday July 24th, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in San Diego, California. She was a beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt,and friend.
She was a devoted wife, and mother who gave her all for her family and friends. She enjoyed playing bingo, she loved to dance the night away. And cooking for her family with Love.
Rosalinda is preceded in death by her parents Joe Lugo, and Jennie Deras; her brothers Rudy Deras, Eddie Deras, and Danny Deras; her sisters, Beatrice Deras, Birdie Samson, Josie Castro, Canela Polk, and Carmen Jacome. She is survived by her husband of 46 years Hector D. Herrera. Her brothers Archie Deras, Vera Martinez, Theresa Gonzalez, and Eileen Deras. Her 8 children (Daniel) and Cindy Salazar, Frank (Rosa) Ortiz, John Ortiz, Paul Ortiz, (Michael) & Linda Page, (Anthony) Lorraine McFarlin, (Richard) Letricia Guitron, and Efren (Brandi) Herrera, her 23 grandchildren, & 6 great grandchildren.
Rosalinda worked in the Cafeteria and retired 24years later from NEISD. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
