Rose Marie Donahue, born February 15, 1936 in Carnesville, Georgia was called peacefully to God November 9, 2014. Raised in the Foothills of South Carolina, she traveled the world courtesy of the United States Air Force while supporting her husband during his military service. She loved life, meeting new people, and taking care of her family. She was never afraid to take on new adventures and worked on craft and art projects. She is preceded in death by her parents Nelson and Jimmie Phillips, her in-laws Floyd and Mary Donahue and numerous aunts and uncles. She is survived by her husband Tom, her children Mary, Jim, Clara, Tina, and Joe. She also is survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. The last seven years resulted in many medical issues which she continually endured and fought. During these years her children and grandchildren gave her great strength. She was ambitious and creative. She loved to cook and have family gatherings. Her greatest achievements were her strong faith and the love that her family shares for one another. She will be deeply missed and her legacy with live on with all who knew her.
