Ruby L. Pilgrim

Ruby Pilgrim born July 28, 1923 in San Antonio, TX, passed peacefully in her sleep on the morning of October 22, 2014 into the Lords heavenly kingdom at 91 yrs of age. She was preceded in death by her parents Edward & Lucille Hudspeth and her sister Joan Matthews. She is survived by her three daughters, Jeannie Livergood, Sharon Dzierzanowski and Mary Dunn, two grandsons, Clay G. Livergood; spouse Becky Livergood and Edward A. Dzierzanowski Jr., step granddaughter LuAnn Reyes; children Hanna and Bret, grandchildren, Jordan Livergood, Gavin Livergood, Kyle Livergood, Ryan Livergood, Hollie Dzierzanowski and Edward A. Dzierzanowski III (Drew), nephews, Bill Matthews and Glenn Matthews.

Ruby was a dedicated mother and grandmother who loved her family more than anything else. She was an active person her whole life and loved fishing, golf, poker, dominos, dancing but her greatest joy was found in the activity of bowling. She was an avid bowler who participated in leagues and tournaments with her family and friends most of her life and even though it was fun she had a very competitive spirit which she instilled in her family.
