Rudolf Alvaro Serna came to be with our Lord on July 20,2017 at 5:24pm at the Methodist Hospital. Born in Colombia on June 22,1938, he is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Celia Serna , 4 children; Daughter Patricia Aguilera, Son Jaime Cerna, Daughter Sandra Olivarez, Son Samuel Serna. 10 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. Rudolf was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed working for Rod East Volkswagen as a mechanic for 40 years. In his spare time he enjoyed Gardening with his wife and going to the gym was his passion. He also enjoyed the time he spent being surrounded with his loving family and being active at his church. Memorial Services for Rudolf Alvaro Serna will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, July 24,2017 from the Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels located at 14315 Judson Road . And Tuesday July 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Funeral Service will be at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels with committal at 12:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Park located 1701 Austin Highway. Serving as Pallbearers will be Santos, Jacob, Phillip, Isaiah, Manuel, and Jeremiah.
