Ruth Elizabeth Canales born June 14, 1933 passed from this life December 21, 2010 at the age of 77.She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Maria) Canales of Cotulla, Texas and Robert Canales; sisters, Mary Entwistle of California, and Joanne Correia; grandchildren, Joseph M. and Jacqueline Canales; great grandson, Phillip Joseph Gonzalez; also numerous other relatives and friends.

Cemetery:
A graveside service with military honorswill be held at Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde, Texas on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M.

Service:
It was her wish to be cremated.
