Salvador Ramos De La Cruz, a beloved father, brother, grandfather, and friend, Passed away on June 5, 2024 in San Antonio, Tx. He was born on August 19, 1945 in Mexico to his parents Salvador De La Cruz Nuncio and Enriqueta Ramos Peña who preceded him in death.

Salvador led a fulfilling life dedicated to his passions. He was known for his skill as a professional baseball and volleyball player, bringing joy to many with his talents on the field. However, his favorite moments were spent at home surrounded by family, where he would share captivating stories and indulge in his love for watching novelas.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Salvador De La Cruz E., Saul De La Cruz, Cynthia Aurora Alvarado; brother Francisco De La Cruz; sister Cecilia Gonzalez; grandchildren Crystal, Bobbie, Angel, Noe Jr., Hilario, Maximilian, Salvador Jr., Enrique, Saul, Emmanuel, Saul Jr.; and 13 great-grandchildren.

As family and friends gather to mourn the loss of Salvador Ramos De La Cruz, they will find solace in the memories of a kind-hearted man who touched the lives of many with his warmth and infectious spirit.

Services to honor Salvador's life will be held at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels - South, 3520 S. Flores in San Antonio, Tx. A visitation will take place on June 11, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Additional arrangements include a Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on June 12 at 10:00 AM followed by burial at San Jose Burial Park at 11:30 AM.
