Sandy David

Sandy David went to be with our Lord Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She is preceeded in death by her daughter Debra Yanez. Sandy is survived by her husband, Johnny David,  her son Anthony & Jo Ann Mendez, along with her dearest grandchildren, who affectionally called her Memo, CJ & Romeo Mendez, Jasmine, Augustin Jr,  Destiny, & Liliana Yanez. Sandy was a strong willed, determinded being that would give the shirt off her back to help someone.  She was very proud of her grandchildren and devoted her time and attention to them as best she could.  Even in failing health they were never far from her mind.  Sandy had a knack for nicknames so she could remember people better.  Her husband, kids & grandkids had them along with her siblings, numerous nieces and nephews. Panson, Gordy, Guera, Muneca, Smile, Shorty, Llorona and Yanez...to name a few.  You were lucky to get a nickname from her. Sandy will be missed by all those who loved and cared for her. We are comforted to know she is in the hands of our Lord and reunited with her beloved daughter Debra, whom she missed with every breath she took.  Until we meet again....
