Silberio Esparza

October 1, 1948 — February 8, 2022

Silberio Dominguez Esparza went peacefully to be with Lord on February 8, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Antonio and Catalina Esparza, brother Pete, Ricardo and Emilio Esparza. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters Rhonda Esparza (Adan), Regina E Lucio (Rodney), Isabel De La Vega (Rene) and 7 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. Brother Ignacio Esparza (Jeanie), sister Mary Jane Quinones (Joventino). Numerous nieces and nephews. Also survived by his friend of 50 years, Hortencia Salazar and his best friend Jamie Riexinger. Steve, as he was known by, was born October 1, 1948 in Monohans, TX. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He loved to dance, play pool, dominos, checkers and cards. He enjoyed spending time at the river walk and also loved watching the light show at San Fernando Cathedral. The family would like to thank Jamie Riexinger for the care and companionship he provided to our father. Steve will always be in our hearts.
