Thomas Louis Edwards

Thomas Louis Edwards, age 73, passed from this life in Round Rock, Texas on November 2, 2020. He was born on September 22, 1947, in Reading, Pennsylvania to Louis Edwards and Lucille Starr.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Edwards and Lucille Starr. He is survived by his son, Michael (Jennifer) Edwards; his daughter, Stacie Planty; his grandchildren, 2LT Collin (Brooke) Edwards, Alyssa Planty, Aidan Planty, Veronica Schoenduby, Vanessa Schoenduby, and Emilia Edwards; his great-grandchildren, Meredith Edwards and Liliana Edwards; and his brother, William (Joanne) Edwards.

Thomas Louis Edwards served his country in the United States Air Force after graduating high school. In his 20 years of service in the USAF he accumulated various awards and medals for his service, after 20 years he decided to retire from the USAF as a TSGT. Upon his retirement from the USAF, he decided to work an additional 20 years for the United States Civil Service. After a second retirement, he decided it was time to stay home and enjoy himself with the things he loved to do and his family. He was an avid sports fan but was always rooting for his Philadelphia Phillies, Penn. State Nittany Lions, and the San Antonio Spurs. If he was not watching sports he was more than likely listening to music enjoying his day. Of all the things he loved to do, he loved being a father and grandfather the most. Thomas Louis Edwards touched the hearts of many and he will be deeply missed.
