Walter Brooke Stewart
April 4, 1921 — June 16, 2015
Walter Brooke Stewart went to be with the Lord on June 16, 2015 at the age of 94. He was a WWII Veteran and retired from the United States Post Office in 1987. He was a faithful, devoted husband and a loving, supportive father who spent many hours in the Word and lived by example. He will be missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Conway Stewart and his brother Fred Stewart. He is survived by his daughters: Glenda Pettit (Bob), Wanda Nelson (Nick), Carol Lopez De Castilla; grandchildren: Kristine, Lauren, Rachel and Robert; great grandchild: Allyson; sisters: Helen Sorrells and Junice Valenta; and many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at 11:00 AM (viewing 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) at San Pedro Church of Christ in San Antonio, TX.
