Wilfredo A. “Will” Chajin Nasser passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2018 in Converse, Texas at the age of 74. Will was born on June 18, 1944 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras to Manuel Chajin and Graciela Nasser.
Will was drafted into the United States Army in 1969 Vietnam era and served in Europe, Latin America, and Asia as well in several posts throughout the United States. He retired as a Master Sergeant in 1992 after 23 years of active duty. Will then continued the Army’s mission in the Army Civilian Corps until 2009 when he retired after 17 years of civilian service culminating a 40-year career with the United States Army.
Will is survived by his wife Bertilia Williams, two sons, two daughters, and two fur babies, Raul, Roy, Annie, Farah, Habibi and Tedi. Will is preceded in death by his father Manuel Chajin, mother Graciela Nasser, and two brothers Manuel, and José Manuel.
The funeral service is scheduled for 8 am January 3rd at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapel. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Wilfredo's life.
