SGM (Retired) William Stanley Kramer passed away from this life on Feb 12, 2012 at the age of 79. He had complications from end stage Parkinson’s that he had been battling for the last 20 years. He passed away at home surrounded by his wife, Delia, family members, Angela (daughter) and Hector, David, Luis, Richard , and Scott (brothers) , Cindy , Rhonda and Sylvia (sisters) and friends Reyna and Ray Formanek, Allen Gibson and Debbie Francis that loved him very much. Stanley first served as a Marine Drill Instructor. He then spent the last 30 years in the Army as a Special Forces Ranger before his retirement in 1992. He is survived by his loving wife Delia Kramer, Angela Borgogna, Kristiana Walker, and Connie Tibbits (daughters) and William Stanley Kramer III (son). Hector Mejia, David Mejia, Luis Mejia, Oscar Mejia, Joe Bacon, Richard Mejia, Scott Mizell and Joe Wolf (brothers). Sisters: Rhonda Mejia, Thelma Churbe, Sylvia Mizell, Julie Mejia and Cindy Rose. He had six grandchildren: Scott Sharp, Josie, JR, and Marie Tibbits, Madelyn Borgogna, Mathew Walker and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cemetery:
On Wednesday, February 22, 2012, the family will begin receiving guests to pay their final respects to Mr. Kramer at 10:00 A.M., then we will depart in procession from the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. for a graveside service at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, located at 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd 78209, which will be held at 11:30 A.M.
